What is Gourmaze?

Gourmaze is a food treasure hunt experience in London. Engage in a fictional story, where characters send riddles and clues to your phone. You will walk around the city and use your surrounindings to solve the riddles, leading you to food vendors & restaurants, where you will pick up a delicious food item or dish—an ideal blend of an escape room and a food walking tour.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can reschedule up to 5pm the day before your maze. Reschedules beyond this time will incur a 15% fee due to pre-ordering of food items. Your booking can be rescheduled within 6 months of your purchase date. Contact us here, with your booking confirmation number if you need to change your booking.

How long does the experience take?

Mazes typically take 2-3 hours to complete, including dining at each restaurant. The overall duration varies based on team breaks and the time taken to solve clues. Refer to individual maze pages for specific time information.

What happens if it rains?

The experience primarily takes place outdoors, and while some restaurants have indoor spsace, seating is not guaranteed. In case of light rain, it's advisable to bring a waterproof jacket and umbrella. If the weather forecast is looking bad, you can reschedule until 5 pm the day before your maze. Rescheduling after this time incurs a 15% fee due to pre-ordering of food items.

How does the timing work for the maze experience after I book a timeslot?

When you book a timeslot, it serves as your maze's starting time, and from there the experience will last approximately 2-3 hours. Each reserved slot has a 30-minute commencement window, allowing flexibility. For example, if you choose the 6:00 pm slot, you can start the maze between 6:00 - 6:30 pm. After booking, a confirmation email with a game link will be sent, allowing you to begin the self-guided experience at your chosen time within the 30-minute window

I can't find my booking confirmation email

Please check your email account's spam/junk folders. If you can't locate your booking confirmation email, please reach out to our team here, with any additional details including booking email or payment confirmation email.

Do you offer a student discount?

Send us a photo of your student card for 10% off your individual ticket booking. The email is admin@gourmaze.co.uk.

Can I purchase gift vouchers?

Absolutely! Gift vouchers are available for purchase here. You have the option to send a digital e-voucher directly via email to yourself or to your intended recipient. These vouchers remain valid for a duration of one year from the date of purchase.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

Each e-voucher contains a unique code which can be redeemed on our checkout page. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total purchase amount. Please bear in mind that vouchers must be redeemed in their entirety during a single transaction; any remaining balance cannot be saved. Additionally, the value of the maze specific gift vouchers is determined by the maze pricing at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change and any difference in cost will need to be covered separately.
